As the title suggests - I've been in a team lead role for a while at a medium-sized firm, and have a strong success record behind me where I'm known to several larger firms. While I love my current firm, they're no longer market competitive from a compensation perspective for my current role - and I'm a different candidate (in my view) than the role I've been in the last 2.5 years. I also have unique skills, industry relationships, and specific geographic experience that adds to value to a consulting firms in my space.

What are things you wish you considered upfront before a move?
