Here we go! Possible rolling blackouts in the Midwest

“Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) has issued a max gen alert for the whole electric grid the Midwest Wednesday. Capacity is getting tight and utilities could deploy Load Modifying Resources to ease the strain if it gets to be too much. This means they cut power to certain areas for short periods of time IF NECESSARY. This is also known as rolling blackouts.”
via meteorologist Brad Sudgen of Michigan, he also shared a picture from the Miso Energy website showing the max alert issued
