Why are we labeled as “conspiracy theorists” here?

I feel like a lot of people on here and this thread has a whole has a lot of valid and useful information. So many people here don’t trust the vaccine and believe big Pharma exists. I just find it so crazy how when I google things like big Pharma it’s always labeled as “a conspiracy”. Could it be that they do that to deter people from believing in it? Making us out to be the crazy ones?
