Something about beings on another wave length enslaving humanity?

So I turn to this reddit not knowing if it's the right place but,
I was recently exposed to this theory that humanity is in danger because beings on a different wave length we can't perceive are enslaving us.
The person who told me this theory claims there is boatloads of evidence to support it but I can't find anything about it.
Can anyone help me
