2. Before I start I need to be clear. This theory is fiction. I'am nobody. Anything that may prove to be remotely true based on this theory is 100% luck. I developed parts of this theory about 4-5 days after the shooting (check comment history) but refined it after reading THIS POST Please feel free to poke holes in the theory or add to it.

In order for this theory to remotely work one must first make a couple leaps of faith that go against the assumed narrative.

1. Paddock was not the shooter.
2. Paddock is or was a trusted CIA and or an FBI asset that would be called upon to do anything from running guns and drugs, to human trafficking.
3. Jesus Campos (not real name or person) is a muslim double agent. (Need someone to search images of all princes arrested or killed in the last few days and look for a Jesus Campos look alike.)
4. Both Campos and Paddock had no idea they were being set up to be fall guys. Both were under the impression this was a standard gun deal.
5. There are double agents aka corrupt agents inside the fbi and cia who who set this up for large sums of cash.
6. The purpose of the shooting is two fold. 1) A sick and twisted prince with boat loads of cash wanted to play a game of human hunting. B) The old guard in the Saud Family would secure video that would prove the US government is willing to sell out americans for cash. The video was to be used as blackmail against Trump to remove new SA leadership and to allow old guard to continue doing business as usual.

Anyways here we go.

Paddock was contracted by someone in the ABC to acquire the weaponry we have seen in the pictures. More than likely Paddock was told weapons were for a Mexican Cartel.

Fast forward to the shooting..... Paddock returns to his room less than an hour before shooting occurs. It is also possible paddock made his way to the room with the prince and a prince look alike. Once inside the room Paddock noticed something was off. He immediately notices the camera and the elevated shooting stations and realizes this isnt what he signed up for. Knock at the door (likely no knock because they just walked in using keys from hotel.

During this time Paddock is freaking out but really loses it when he sees TWO SECURITY GUARDs. Both guards look almost identical. That is on purpose. The prince knew he would need help getting back up to the top too four floors without much detection.

Upon entering the prince immediately shoots paddock. Campos knew that was gonna happen so didnt freak the fuck out. With paddock dead the Saud starts cameras. He lays out the entire plot and how he was able to do what he is about to do because he was working with a corrupt US Government.

The original plan was hatched by a wealthy prince with fuck you money and a twisted evil side. This prince was working with one or two ABC agents who knew the plan. The original plan looks like this.

1. Prince contacts corrupt agent.

2. Offers agent shit load of cash to set up what looks like an arms deal but is really a game of HUMAN HUNTING.

3. Agent agrees thinking this was only gonna be one, two three people max.

4. with the help of other agents they set up a arms deal. No one knows of real plan except a few people.

5. Prince would enter room dressed as a security guard accompanied with a look alike security guard (Campos).

6. Prince would choose his weapon and then play out his human hunting fantasy.

7. Prince would kill a few people then collect the video (which btw was set up only because the prince requested it as a momento of his hunting trip).

8. Once done the prince and Campos would exit the room amongst the chaos and would head upstairs to his room at the Four Seasons.

   HERE IS WHERE SHIT GOES WRONG.

The prince chooses his weapon, sets up, takes aim, shoots single shot and misses. NOTHING. One more time. AIM! FIRE SINGLE SHOT. NOTHING.

Campos is standing there watching the crowd with binoculars confirming two misses. Campos tells prince he only has a few more shots before they are discovered and will need to exit upstairs.

The Prince frustrated and embarrassed once again takes aim but by this time targets are starting to move. Instead of accepting defeat the prince (or possibly his plan all along) unloads...... As he is dumping on the crowd Campos is standing there like WTF DUDE. Campos instincts kick in and bolts for the door. Prince still shooting at crowd realizes Campos is running so prince fires on campos (Video shows different guns sounds. Those different sounds are when the prince is firing inside at campos.

Prince stops reloads and gets back at it. Once finished the prince collects the video and acts like a guard (campos) and heads upstairs.

The agents that set up the gun deal are freaking out. The double agent that took money and had knowledge is really freaking out.

The motive of this shooting was simple and served two purposes.

1. The prince with fuck u money crossed off something on his bucket list.

2. Collect video that demonstrates how the ABC is working with terrorist and are willing to do so at US citizen expense.

3. Use video to blackmail Trump into moving support and loyalty from new ruling party back to the old guard.

Please feel free to poke holes in this fictional story or add to it. More than likely and it is almost a certainty this scenario is BS. That being said this scenario does provide motive which up until now has been lacking.
