I've been noticing more and more incidents, involving police, military, and civilians. You had the naval yard shooting, the girl ramming the baricades in dc, and the newest one in oregon, a man in military fatigues opening fire on a cop. Two of these instances the people had histories of mental illness, paranoia, or delusions. Who knows... Maybe it's nothing. Maybe it's something bigger... Any thoughts?

Only thing I can think of is, that if they are utilizing microwave transmissions to manipulate people, could this be all done as a guise to drive the public into panic? Could this all be happening as a means to push for more government control, lockdown, or martial law even?
