FBI finally released the photos of the gun used in the attempted assassination of Donald Trump.

So we know there was an optic on the fire arm that seemed to be debated a bit. My question is what is the writing on the side? Is that just how the FED’s categorize it? If so wouldn’t a wire or zip tie tag be better. If writing by the shooter what is it’s significant?
