Just an observation does hair dye contain lead?

I don't want to offend anyone but just noticing that a lot of people using color hair dyed are somewhat unhinged especially in watching news about those people protesting in the road by gluing themselves up or do stupid stuff especially in social media
Is it possible they are experiencing lead poisoning and someone or something taking advantage on it by using those people who suffer from lead poisoning to do their agenda like making chaos and distraction to the masses
