I see posts on here fairly regularly talking about all the stuff that's in our food that is horrible for us, such as cooking oil and meat. I also have concerns about fluoride in water.
I use butter instead of cooking oil, but I checked the ingredients and it's mostly soy and other weird additives. Does anyone have any recommendations for butter, cooking oil etc that have reasonable ingredients?
As for water, I only drink bottled water, and I use fluoride free toothpaste. From my understanding, most bottled water companies do not fluoridate their water. Although, it would be much more conveniant for me to be able to drink tap water. Do water filters like Brita filter out fluoride? If so which one should I get?
