What happened in ocean county, NJ on 9/15/01?

FBI Agent Jim DiOrio has said that 4 days after 9/11, on 9/15/01, that information came to his team that a possible al-Qaeda cell was located in a "popular" ocean county town in NJ. He and his team went to the location, an apartment, knocked and heard shuffling. I couldn't find any more info, anyone have more details, ECT.?
