I have an OG Gameboy Advance that wouldn't turn on. I took apart and cleaned the power switch, it now turns on.
I have tried to load a Gameboy advance cart as well as a Gameboy cart - neither loads but it does recognize the difference between the two as it changes the startup screen when powering on to reflect the type of game put in. The two game carts have been tested on another gameboy advance and work fine.
I've taken the GBA apart, cleaned the pins thoroughly, and checked the board for signs of corrosion/damage and found nothing.
Does anyone know of any load screen fixes beyond cleaning the pins? Not much turning up on a Google search. Thanks in advance!
