Can this be repaired?

I have a Seagate barracuda hard drive that has all my saved games on it and it looks like this is an inductor (3R3) but I can't find the same exact size of the one I'm looking for online, I took a stab and ordered one that looked like it but it was huge and these are small almost proprietary.. help!
