Damaged screw head when trying to remove a screw :(

I've circled the damaged screw in black. I cannot for the life of me get it out again because as you can see, the grey rubber pad for the power button is peeking out and I cannot put the back on again because of it which is why I'm trying to remove the screw again, I unfortunately don't have any rubber bands to try the rubber band trick :(. Can anyone else recommend something else? I also do not have a hand drill or drill bit that would fit this screw
