AOC told you DNC leadership was going to pick someone else, other than Biden/Harris who were on the 2024 primary ballots.
Then Joe said 'fuck that' and dropped out without coordinating with the DNC, and endorsed Harris. The DNC didn't have time to push anyone else and the other potential candidates declined to challenge her. If this had been a contested convention it would have been a much bigger shit show.
