So - I've always made it clear in relationships that I expect anyone I'm seeing to embrace the concept of prior consent. That means that, if she's with me, she's available for my pleasure in any way, any place any time - owned property, with full consent for any use already granted. This is what I first assumed was meant by consensual nonconsent - prior agreement (consent) that no further consent (non-consent) is needed.
This certainly isn't remotely misogyny or disrespect as I love the dichotomy between treating someone as my equal in every respect except for the insistence on instant availability. Indeed I've found many who relish this idea and who, once they get used to it, find it arousing and strangely freeing from the normal responsibilities of sexual negotiation.
It could be seen as a form of sexual slavery, except there I think that the slave is mostly seen entirely as for the sexual side with no concern taken of any of her interests or ideas, and that's not what I'm describing.
It probably falls under the definition of free use but what I've read in those forums it's not that either, where it tends to be seen as an optional extra rather than central to the relationship. So I've come to the conclusion that it is indeed a form of CNC but without the implications of force and resistance - the latter seeming to be quite a strong element of what turns people on in most of the posts I read in this subreddit.
Is my approach unusual, and if so, where do I find other posts along similar lines? I'd be interested to know.
