I hope the is the right place to ask. I was not sure if this post would fit better here or on the /r/linguistics
I am working on a language that would use relatively few base words, the idea being to combine these words to make bigger ones to describe more complex ideas and things. If think it would be similar to Toki Pona in a way, but not that extreme. Maybe a few hundred words.
Are there other examples of languages using the same ideas? I would like to have a better idea of what I am doing instead of going in blind or using only Toki Pona as example.
