How do you guys store your conlanging information?

Hello everyone,

After learning a bit of Esperanto, Toki Pona and watching wayyy too many Conlang Critic episodes, I've decided I want to construct my first real conlang.

I was just wondering how you guys store all the information about your conlangs?

Do you have one spreadsheet for the entire language, just use a spreadsheet for the lexicon, do the whole thing in a document, or even on paper?

How do you format your spreadsheets and everything?

Also, any advice for a beginner would be much appreciated, I'm aiming to make a semi-realistic language for a d&d world.
