EDIT: Check out /r/minlangs!
There would be discussions about how to simplify various concepts in language (like tense, sentence structure, etc), building simple phonologies, and other such things. Examples of the types of languages I'm thinking of include Toki Pona (small lexicon and phonology), Vahn (oligosynthetic), Lojban (few parts of speech, highly regular grammar), and any other language whose primary goal is to reduce away some common language element for simplicity. It could also cover writing systems, like dotsies and other minimalist orthographies. What do you think?
