be comfortable with who you are, the good thing is that there's a way to change it if you don't like it. if you're not willing or aren't trying then you can't sit there feeling sorry for yourself, it's either accept it and maintain where you are so it doesn't get worse, orr accept it but be committed to making a change. it's easier said than done but everything in life is a mental game just how to you to figure out how to win. just how you pick right up w the bad habits, you just gotta pick right back up where you left off with the good habits, there's not a limit on how many times you can attempt change so if you keep trying hard enough you'll eventually be able to have kicked or atleast limit your bad habits. don't give up or sell yourself short, there's still time for change.
