Hi guys,
I have a date tomorrow with a seemingly wonderful person, but I am very afraid of getting rejected due to my weight/body shape (for reference: curvy women’s size 14-16) I had a bad experience where someone I had gone on a date with about a month ago rejected me afterwards due to my appearance and never told me upfront, instead just ghosted me. The reason I am even going on date is to put myself out there and not feel like I’m holding myself back just because I’m a bit overweight, that just isn’t fair. I am currently still working on my self confidence/esteem and have come a LONG way from where I was a few months back, but I am still subconsciously afraid of being rejected. Any advice/encouraging words would be appreciated!
