We've been married for 2 years this March and have been unable to have kids. I am a bit overweight and have health issues where I deal with ED not to mention my penis being smaller than average. I have turned towards adding 3rds to our relationship just because I want my wife to be happy and fulfill her needs. Last week, after having done several tests on both of us, we got to know that my sperm count is really low and I am infertile which is the reason that she cannot get pregnant. It has definitely now taken a new toll on our relationship.. For us to do one round of IVF its going to cost us about 15,000-25,000 which we do not have.. This is by far the most worst time of our marriage...
