Walking up to a stranger

I have this fantasy where I am out at a bar grocery shopping, wherever and I see a very attractive woman. My first thought was how it would feel if she ducked me off. My first impulse was to walk up to her and tell her to “Suck my dick” no hello or introductions. This is very inappropriate, I know. I just wonder if it would ever work.
