I have an employee in which I recently found out that he is 21, not entirely bad, but I’m his boss & I’m 35. I give him tasks to do & responds very good to direction but every time I talk to him, I have to look away, at some point because he is physically stunning. He gives me model type look. He’s 6’0, white skin, a nicely structured nose, brown curls & little plumped lips. His eyes & smile are to die for.

Today, I gave him direction & while talking to me, he smirked. He has a very affectionate type of way of talking but all I wanted to do was grab his curls & kiss the fuck out of him. Making jokes with a member of management, he passed by & I said “fucken cutie” & I paused real quick because I am NOT allowed to sleep with my staff.

I don’t wanna risk my job, but that face makes me think otherwise. Every time he comes into work, I won’t lie, I get happier. I do have a crush on him - but just the nasty things that go through my head that I wanna do to him, endless.
