Backstory: At the beginning of this year I (26F) started volunteering for a local football club in my area. I had a friend from uni on the team and they just needed some general help (working in the canteen and cleaning up after games mostly). I had the free time and was happy to help and thought it wouldn't hurt having a bit of volunteer experience. A few months later they had their AGM and I became a 'member' of the club. The secretary was also stepping down and someone nominated me to fill the role. I'm a junior accountant so they thought my experience could help, and again I thought it would help to bolster my resume so I accepted the nomination and was voted in.

The club had been struggling for a number of years being a lot smaller than a lot of other clubs, they didn't have much money, and they hadn't seen a lot of success. They'd seen a lot of improvement over the last couple of years thanks to a decent sponsorship and a new coach, and were finally a contender to make finals. I was told that traditionally the secretary had done the bulk of the work to organise the Best and Fairest event, which is just like a end-of-season party and they announce the winners of some of the club awards. It sounded fun so I happily took on the role of organising it.

In the end the team did make finals which triggered something in the sponsorship deal which meant that the club got a little bit more money. The went out in the second week of finals but it was the first time in decades that the team had made finals so it was still a massive achievement and the board decided to use some of the extra money to increase the budget for the event.

So I sent an email out to the team basically just asking for suggestions for the event. It was mostly basic stuff that we already had planned (lots of drinks, good food, good music, some football themed games). One request that came up a few times was a topless bartender. I did a bit of searching but found that topless bartenders weren't cheap and it wouldn't fit into the budget. I let the players know and they were surprised I'd even bothered looking into it, so weren't bothered that it couldn't happen.

Anyway the planning was basically done and everything was organised. The players were a big help and plenty of them volunteered to help with various tasks. We were about four days out from the event and pretty much everything was set, I was going to man the bar and also emcee the night.

I feel like it's important to point out here that I think I'm reasonably good looking. Probably 8/10 body and 7/10 face. I'm fairly skinny and I have C Cup boobs. And a number of the players at the club had hit on me, so I knew they liked me.

Anyway, I was thinking about if the event needed anything else, and really the only suggestion I had received that I hadn't been able to organise in some capacity was the topless bartender. I went back and forth a bit but eventually decided that if I was going to be manning the bar anyway, there wasn't really any reason that I couldn't do it topless. So I planned to go topless but still take a top in case I chickened out or if it wasn't appreciated.

So on the day, once everything was set up and it was about to start, I took off my top and just wore a skirt. Basically everyone was shocked when they first saw me, but it went over really well. It was definitely appreciated, and in the end I really enjoyed it too, lots of attention and compliments. I stayed topless the whole night working the bar, presenting awards, making announcements, etc. and everyone said they had a lot of fun.

I realise looking through some other posts in this sub that maybe the expectation was that it'd end with sex or something and sorry to disappoint. Honestly I don't even really consider myself a slut, though I definitely enjoyed being topless and getting all the attention and compliments on my boobs. And I don't think it was really that stupid either. But my friend suggested you might appreciate hearing about it.
