I ran faster today because I liked a woman runner’s fat ass
Post Body

Am I going to hell for this? Well, I was anyway for any manner of other things.

I don’t believe she knew. She was probably in the zone herself. Maybe I didn’t intend to do this initially, but after being behind her and her friend who happened to be rocking a similar (albeit slightly faster than me) pace, I couldn’t help but notice her.

The sweat on her shorts did something to perfectly reveal her ass’s shape. I was behind her and her friend for about 1.5 miles. For context, I’m on the peak long run (20 miler) of my marathon training, and I should have been getting the wall hard given this was like mile 16. This was on a running trail in a city, where there are lots of people around, so I don’t think it would have been TOOO obvious that I was behind them I don’t believe. But something about her ass just got me going. I was putting down faster paces than I was at any point earlier in my run.

Perhaps more motivating was the need to eventually pass them to avoid suspicion. Did I somewhat hope she was also checking me out? I’m sure she probably wasn’t tbh, but it seemed like a fun idea at the time.

In retrospect I feel silly because I don’t LIKE that I objectified her in this way in my head. But I did enjoy checking her out, in retrospect. I kinda hope I see her out there again.
