Over the last two years I’ve gone from 185-230. Secret is, I like having a belly and my wife likes seeing me gain a bit of weight. The other night we were in the hot tub with her sister and the topic of my weight gain came up. My wife joked by saying, “wait until you see him at 250.”
This prompted more questions and eventually we told her I was getting big on purpose. I even stood up so she could squeeze my love handles and belly. Telling someone so close to us our secret while I was on full display was so much more exciting than I thought it would be.
