Is there anything worse than that gut wrenching ache of realizing you missed your shot?
I think I am a reasonably intelligent person. I can decipher nuance and read people. I do it for a living after all, making judgment calls and directing people for the business.
But GOD, I am a dope when it comes to reading cues that are sent my way. How can that be???
I carry a lot of regret, but none worse than the regret of knowing I missed my opportunity with a woman.
As I walk away, all of the sudden it becomes clear, damn.
I can’t be the only one? God this sucks.
