Always Been Hot for the Boss… was she flirting with me?
Post Body

I’ve been working for the same company for several years. I’m now in my late 40s. When I started there, I found one of the VPs simply beautiful with a personality to match. She’s about the same age and has the smile of an angel.

I’ve thought about her on many occasions as I touched myself. We’ve always been very friendly with each other, and lately, I’ve noticed a bit of a change. She seems a lot more friendly and kinda flirty. When my boss pointed out that she always responds to me at a different level than others, that I have a way of getting her attention and making things happen.

Earlier this year, she commented that she missed talking to me since I’m now full time remote. And then this week, I requested her feedback on something and she said we should schedule a meeting to talk instead of email. She commented, “I’d never miss the opportunity to talk to you!”

Today was that call, and we were friendly and smiling the whole time, but when we were ending the call, she had this huge smile on her face and said something along the lines of how she always enjoys talking to me! She melted me as I clicked off the call.

I doubt anything would ever happen—we’re both too professional and have significant others. But I wish I knew what she was thinking. Maybe she knows I’ve had the hots for her for years and is just having a little fun teasing me. What does anyone else think? Regardless of if it’s real or perception, I cherish the time I have with her and genuinely miss seeing her every day!
