I work for my father at a very successful restaurant he and my mother opened up 20 years ago. My dad hired a dishwasher, let's call him mark, I am 97% sure that mark has some sort of disability. I can tell he gets bullied a lot because I know what school he goes to and it isn't a very accepting place if you don't play sports. Mark got his friend.. Josh a job working as a dish washer as well. Josh is marks only friend, I know this because he tells me every other week. Mark calls me names, he makes fun of the dress shirts I wear, laughs at me for no apparent reason, and I let him do it do me. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to call him out about his disability, but then I would feel terrible. I've told him to stop, I've even threaten him to get him to shut his mouth
