So I've been working at a warehouse since September 7th. My 4 months of being here, I've received very little to no training, I only know 3% of work to do on my own. He hasn't trained me on the forklift, more what what I need to be learning, don't have my work email set up, nothing. Be aware, it's only 3 of us the supervisor and my coworker. I have I rely on my coworker for work. He gives her more responsibilities and task than me and I just follow behind her. She's part time though and only works 3 days. On Thursdays and Fridays, I have nothing. He just sits in his area working and then I just end up sitting in a corner playing on my phone.
