So I'm just basically ranting about a friend of mine.

My parents bought a flat after 30years of hardwork. Prior to that we lived in a rented flat all our life, basically not very well to do background but the hardwork pulled us through. So I invited this school friend of mine for the Poojan at that time she refused saying she was not feeling well. Just the previous day she had been to a mall and just the next day of Pooja also she went outing.

Now came Diwali and I again invited her with all other friends. But again she ditched it at last moment saying I have lots of work at home for Diwali celebration and have to cook and etc etc.

I confronted here this time saying I won't invite her ever for anything coz she always ditches and does not even try to make up for it. Her reply was "Han theek hai".

I think I did the right thing, this was 3-4 time she did something similar to me.

Any suggestions ??
