What is wrong with this man?!

There is this guy who I only talked to for a week and despite the fact I keep blocking him he finds new ways to contact me. We only talked for a week and I decided to stop talking to him because he love bombed me and then complained about the relationship moving to fast when it was his fault, he lied to me, broke promises, had poor communication skills, was too immature, it felt like he was playing games with my feelings, and was just too weird and confusing. I ended up blocking him because having him around was emotionally exhausting and a headache. He contacted me on other apps we talked on so I blocked him. A month ago he made a telegram account and for some reason I was notified that he made one when I blocked him. I ended up blocking him on there and deleted the contact before he could even say anything. And now he texted my phone. I thought it was a random wrong number text until I realized the number looked familiar and found out it was him. I gave this man one chance and he refused to change so I was totally over him after that. I don’t understand why he tries to keep coming back when he doesn’t want to change it’s weird. I’ve heard of men coming back to women a year later but not from a guy who you only talked to for a week! so what is wrong with this man? I’ve never had a man do that before. It’s so weird because I’m dating another guy I like who treats me much better. I moved on so why can’t this weirdo?
