Broke my promise to use antibiotics(and medications in general) responsibly. Seems a bit silly but working in the biology field and doing some antibiotic studies myself I always knew the misuse of antibiotics was rampant and how it could easily make things worse even for yourself if you never finished a course. Though this Christmas Eve I awoke with a terrible ear pain which sadly I knew what it was all to well. I get ear infections constantly and due to not really wanting to wait hours on end in the ER to simply get antibiotics whilst I cry my elder brother whom had some from an infection a few months ago I said fuck it and took them. No clue if they are going to work for ear infections but hopefully buy me a couple days until I can get an appointment after Christmas. I hate ear infections and I swear to god if this one becomes the fucking bullshit mastoiditis or whatever the bone infection shit is a second time im going to lose it
