Difference between Steel panthers paid and free version?

Hi, I have read the description on the page but I don't understand the difference between paid and free vesion of winSPWII and the paid one.
I've read here the graphics are upgraded in the paid version, is there somewhere I can see the difference?
Also, I understand that the other main difference is playing fullscreen vs windowed in free version?
Is there any other substantial difference?
I also saw that there is something called off map artillery (doesnt the free version include artillery?)
