Are there any Computer Vision AI tools that exist for Windows where you can ask for information about what's on your screen?

Post Body

For example, I'm blind, and I love gaming. If I were to play a video game, and that game had no support for screen readers, would it be possible to use a computer vision AI solution to ask it to, for example, click the options menu, click the video tab, ask it what the options menu has on it, etc? This would legitimately be life changing for me if so, as it would allow me to do several tasks I wouldn't normally be able to do, which would be great.

Thanks!
