Hello.
A family friend reached out to me today to help her with her small business. Many years ago someone signed them up to 365 for business but did not explain how to use it. (Sharepoint/One Drive/Teams and how they all sync with each other.)
I went to her business today after my actual 9-5 job to help out.
In the end i setup One drive on all thier laptops and explained how that works, renamed some email addresses and did general pc checkups/mobile phone checkups for them all.
It was as 40 mins travel from where I work and I spent two hours there.
Does 50 an hour extra for travel time seem justified? is this too low?
