Computer shutting down after booting

Hi everyone,
I'm just curious if any of you can point me in a direction. After booting up my computer it typically shuts down after approximately 5-10 minutes. It goes to automatically start up again and within 1 to 2 seconds it shuts down. It keeps on trying until I turn off my power bar. Curious if anyone knows what this possibly might be or anything I could do it help prevent it?
It sometimes goes to blue screen of death or just freezes on the initial boot.
