So when I say I know next to nothing about computers; I spent a whole day just trying to even understand what a CPU is. I lost my last computer because it was in storage for a long while and it was already old (it was a build from someone else they just gave to me cause it old,) it worked a few years ago but now... I'd just rather get a new one. So I know I can just go prebuilt and not stress myself out, but I genuinely want to learn more about building and maintaining my own PC.
I want to use it mostly for my photography and art, so a few different editing softwares and a drawing tablet would need to be able to run kind of simultaneously. There are a few online games I play though, like ESO and FF.
I think I picked out parts that should all go together. I'd like to drop below $1000, so I'll be shopping these parts, but I can spend about $1500 which is why the current build is about that. Anyway, any and all advise is appreciated, but please be gentle. I'm fully aware that I'm at near smooth brain levels when it comes to PC's.
