Can’t escape from Aptio Setup Utility menus after BSOD

My laptop randomly crashed earlier this evening and it has been unable to load Windows successfully. It keeps sending me to Aptio Setup Utility menus after I keep seeing PCI SupportAssist checking for media then it keeps saying “no media detected” and brings me to the Aptio thing.

How do I get out of this infinite loop and get to Windows? I also tried running the F12 boot option to load the Dell Assessment check for diagnostics and the scan finished and tells me everything is normal mostly but when I exit it brings me back again to the first step.

For specs, I’m running on a Dell Inspiron 15 gaming laptop, with i5-7300HQ and GTX 1050, 4GB VRAM.
