I have a really weird issue going on with my rig. Currently have a z77x-d3h mobo with a 3570k. I have the processor overclocked but ran linpack overnight and all is stable. I just upgraded from a nvidia gtx 460 sli to a rx 580. I did a fresh reinstall of windows 10. My computer will randomly forget my graphics card is installed, even though the drivers are installed. I will try to run Overwatch, but it says I don't have a graphics card installed. It will do the same with world of warcraft vanilla (elysium server). It would just crash with WoW. But, when I open up Witcher 3, it runs it fine. When I reinstall my Intel inf file and reboot, all is well again and can run games. Is there a fix for this besides going back to 8.1 or 7?

Why is windows "forgetting" my intel inf file or what is causing this to happen? Also, will reinstalling this inf file continuously do any long term harm to my machine?

I currently have xbox dvr to off as well.
