Need help with upgrading my PC

Hi guys, love my gaming but a bit of a noob when it comes to the internals. Needing to upgrade my PC as right now, I can barely run Warhammer: Total War on lowest settings and Just Cause 3 is unplayable, it's super dissapointing, especially with lots of cool games coming out.
I've got an AMD FX-4350 quad core processor 4.2GHz, an AMD Radeon HD 6670, and 8GB RAM. Which of these needs an upgrade, I'd be grateful to know. Intending on getting a shop to upgrade since I'd rather not damage my PC.
