Trying to add a second monitor.

I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny-in-one, I would like to add a second monitor, 25ft away. There is a Display port on the Monitor, but it appears to be non-functioning. That leaves me with two VGA Male ports and a USB-C. What is going to be my best option? I have an VGA cord, but it is Male/Male. Do I just buy a Female/Female Gender Changer?
