Newly installed power supply and now PC won't turn on.

Son recently purchased some upgrades for his gaming PC including a new graphics card and a new power supply. Installed it and hooked everything in and nothing is working. Appears to have no power.
A previous post indicated several issues, but being unable to post pics in comments, decided to make a new post to see if maybe something isn't plugged in right.
RAM stick is firmly in slot. Could that be broke? Don't want to have to take it to the computer ship.
