Help choosing a new computer for work

Hey everyone. Im looking for any recommendations or info/insights on a new computer for work.
On a regular day I run outlook, chrome, Firefox, and excel but I also edit a ton of pictures in photoshop. Iām using raw files that range between 30-50 mb each. I sometimes have 10 of them open at a time.
Note: i use Dropbox to save all my files so I only use the c drive for apps and programs.
I could go for either a desktop or laptop and would prefer to stay on a PC.
