After head ache of a time, I finally troubleshoot and found out that my issue with my laptop was the HDMI port. Literally nothing else! I hadn't even used it long so it didn't even have thermal issues. So I sent it for repairs since it was still in warranty. Well I get it back and the paper work says that they fixed the mother board and thermal but not the HDMI port??? It also still has the same issue. Was it necessary for them to take out the motherboard or did they just mess up(again) and fix the wrong thing despite me giving them clear instructions?
