VGA red light on motherboard

Any tips? My computer has the red vga light going. I’ve tried re-seating my gpu, switching slots, but no luck. The gpu fan will come on during boot up, and then stops after a bit. Monitor is black screen the whole time. Anything else I should try or do I need to send it in?
