As the title suggests, I bought a computer that has, I think, DeepFreeze installed on it. I got it from a school liquidation sale because they're getting new laptops and are selling off the old ones. Problem is that it resets itself completely everytime that damn thing shuts off. I got ahold of the school and the volunteer who was running the sale; they don't know what to do either. Apparently the IT guy who did all the stuff for them, including cybersecurity, left and that was the big kicker as to why they're finally getting new laptops. Is there any way to hard factory reset or some way to get rid of all admin crap on it? It is a 2022 Latitude 3520 for reference.
