I've had my computer for well over 3-4 years and was self built. Had no issues when randomly my monitor gave me a "No HDMI 1 cable". I've also tried using my DP ports and still pops up the same but for dp. I've tried 3 different hdmi cables, the other hdmi spot on the monitor, and dp cables and still got the same issue. I've used the same HDMI cable from my work laptop to my monitor to see if it can screen share and that showed on my monitor. I thought the issue was my graphics card so I upgraded from the 2080 to a 4070, but that didn't seem to work. I thought it was my motherboard so I downgraded a little from an ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Extreme AMD to a new B550 Aorus Elite AX V2 (just to see if it would boot to bios) and still no display on screen.
I've swapped RAM sticks around, taken out some of the sticks, placed the sticks as singles.
At this point I'm just confused on why I can't get anything to show up on my screen. All LEDs and fans work and I haven't upgraded or added on anything before the display error started to happen.
