Samsung Ultrawide monitor malfunctioning

My monitor is doing this I’ve tried resetting it I’ve unplugged all the cables there is no problem with the inputs it’s only the monitor. I’ve had this issue before and restarting a few time and unplugging and plugging it back in seemed to work then but not anymore does anyone have advice on what to do. I really don’t want to have to buy a new monitor as I’ve just built a new pc and don’t really have the money. Thank you.
