need help black screen crashing

Alright so gonna start off by saying know little to nothing about pcs, but when I boot up my pc it boots up perfectly fine but instead of showing me a sign in screen it just cuts to black, then after a good 5-10 mins shows me a window with 2 options one to I forget and another option to open up a little menu and repair neither of these are accesible when I use the respective keys to active, it after another 5-10 boots me into sign in and let’s me use it like normal but will randomly crash and black screen.
